Once approved, we prepare and execute all lease paperwork, arrange bond lodgement (residential) or security deposits (commercial), and conduct detailed ingoing condition reports.
4. Ongoing Management
   Rent collection, invoice payments (utilities, strata levies, insurance, outgoings), and monthly owner statements are handled seamlessly for both residential and commercial properties.
