Bindi brings a rare blend of education, customer service and administrative expertise to Growth Realty. After 15 years in teaching and front-of-house roles at leading independent schools in Perth’s prestigious western suburbs, she’s known for exceptional organisation, clear communication and a genuine ability to connect.

Born and raised in the western suburbs, and still proudly local with her husband, three girls and their dogs, Bindi understands the people, places and pace of our community. Calm under pressure, adaptable and solutions-oriented, she’s always looking for ways to make the experience smoother for owners and tenants. Her values align closely with Growth Realty’s “Growth Mindset Agents” ethos: continuous learning, integrity and genuine support for colleagues.

A property investor since her early twenties, Bindi is building her career in Property Management and is excited to grow within our supportive, team-focused culture. Warm, approachable and detail-driven, she delivers clear updates, careful attention to detail and service that feels both professional and personal, every time.

Away from the office, you’ll find Bindi walking with friends along the river, at yoga, or enjoying a swim at the local beach.
